About Andrew

Andrew graduated from Nottingham Trent University and joined Venture Recruitment Partners in 2018 after a lengthy career in sales.

Since joining Venture, Andrew’s relationship-led approach to recruitment and his ability to understand business culture and demand have seen him develop a successful client base in Dorset. His hard work has been recognised with multiple promotions, such as Senior Manager, Associate Director, and now Director. Andrew continues to develop new and existing relationshipswith businesses in Dorset and Wiltshire.

Outside of work, Andrew is an avid cricketer and football fan who enjoys annoying his cat Maisie.
