About Ben

Following a successful career as a PGA Golf Professional, in which Ben spent four years managing a coaching academy, he embarked on a fresh challenge and joined Venture Recruitment Partners in November 2022.

He originally joined the business working on Qualified recruitment, but quickly moved on to developing the Accountancy Practice, and later the Legal recruitment division of Venture. As a Professional Services Recruitment Consultant, Ben uses his coaching background to build invaluable relationships with clients and candidates. He’s also responsible for the popular Venture Football League and Venture Quiz Night!

Ben is still an avid golfer and enjoys the odd game in and out of work. He also plays the bass guitar and regularly travels abroad in search of good golfing destinations.
