About Charlie

​Charlie joined Venture Recruitment Partners as Financial Controller in August 2023 after 23 years’ working for a creative & strategic consultancy business where her dedication and financial acumen saw her progress from Finance Assistant to Finance Director.

She then stepped into a new role as Finance Director in the Manufacturing/Distribution sector for 18 months before joining the Chilworth Partnership and Venture businesses in August 2023. Charlie’s diverse approach to her role means she is an asset to the team and is already working on improving our processes and reporting.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys walk in the New Forest with her dog Maverick who’s an office regular on Fridays! She also enjoys gardening, DIY and going to the cinema.
