About Charlie

Charlie joined Venture Recruitment Partners as Financial Controller in August 2023 after 23 years’ working for a creative & strategic consultancy business where her dedication and financial acumen saw her progress from Finance Assistant to Finance Director. Due to her hard work and success, Charlie was promoted to Head of Finance in 2024.

Her diverse approach to her role means she is an asset to the team and is already working on improving our processes and reporting.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys walking in the New Forest with her dog Maverick, who’s an office regular on Fridays! She also enjoys gardening, DIY and going to the cinema.
