About Chloe

Chloe graduated from the University of Winchester in 2021 with a degree in Creative Writing and English Literature. In August 2022, Chloe joined the Venture team initially recruiting for qualified and part-qualified roles in Hampshire and Dorset, later focusing on qualified recruitment in Basingstoke.

She has since gone on to become Marketing and Events Manager for the Chilworth Partnership and Venture Recruitment Partners brands, utilising the skills learned from her degree to create original content for both companies.
