About Francesca

Frankie graduated from DMU in Leicester with a degree in Fashion Buying and Design. She then embarked on her recruitment career and worked as a Manager focusing on internal recruitment for several years.

She is adept at understanding client and candidate needs and matching people to their ideal opportunities. Her relationship-building skills and professional acumen saw her join Venture Recruitment Partners in October 2023 as Candidate Manager.

In April 2024, Frankie moved into an Associate Recruitment Consultant role and progressed to Recruitment Consultant in July 2024 following her success. Frankie now recruits accountancy roles at the transactional and part-qualified level in Southampton and the Thames Valley.

Having grown up in Dibden, Frankie loves spending time in the New Forest and taking her toy poodle Tilly on long walks. In her free time, Frankie also enjoys staying active and regularly plays Netball.
