About Karen

Karen joined Venture Recruitment Partners as Director in September 2022 after specialising in financial recruitment for Global, UK and Regional brands for 25 years. She has a highly consultative and service led approach and takes pride in building long-term client and candidate relationships.

Having led numerous teams, Karen is now Director of Permanent Recruitment and heads up Qualified recruitment in the Hampshire, Surrey and Thames Valley areas, partnering with some of the South’s most prestigious businesses.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys running and spending lots of time with her daughter. She also enjoys a fabulous trip abroad!
