About Lisa
Graduating from the University of Southampton in 2019, Lisa joined the Venture team as a Resourcing Manager the same year. Initially leading the generation of new candidates and building existing relationships with candidates, she was quickly promoted to Recruitment Consultant in January 2022.
Lisa specialised in permanent and temporary recruitment in Southampton and Portsmouth before being promoted to Operations Manager in October 2022 due to her excellent communication and ability to flawlessly manage the recruitment process. She’s now involved in various aspects of the business including office management, compliance, reporting, and project work.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys going to the gym and running, as well as socialising with friends.
