Molly Enness

Candidate Resourcer

About Molly

Molly studied sociology, philosophy, and criminology for her A-levels at Peter Symonds College. Her psychology and sociology background help her understand people and what's important to them, making her a great addition to our team of recruitment consultants.

Joining Venture as a Candidate Resourcer, Molly's previous hospitality and customer-facing experience means she is a confident communicator. Her current focus is on building relationships with those working in the local finance and accounting sector, supporting them in looking for the next opportunity in their career.

Outside of work, Molly loves spending time at the beach, whether it's for a swim or just fish and chips in the evening. She has a very good social life and loves seeing friends whenever she can.
