About Richard

​Richard is a joint founder of Chilworth Partnership and has a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large listed businesses. He manages search mandates for these clients, typically at C-Suite level.

Richard has worked in handling senior level appointments for over thirty years. After training as an accountant with PwC, he changed focus to work for the world’s largest specialised staffing business initially as a consultant and then as a senior Board member.

He has extensive experience of consulting and leadership roles, has two grown-up daughters and loves playing golf, watching football, fine dining, wine, cinema and theatre.
