About Richard

​Richard is a joint founder, and also a Managing Director of Chilworth Partnership and Venture Recruitment Partners

He has worked in several roles handling senior level appointments for over thirty years. After training as an accountant with PwC, he changed focus to work for the world’s largest specialised staffing business initially as a consultant and then as a senior Board member.

Richard has a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large listed businesses. He manages search mandates for these clients, typically at the C-Suite level.

With extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles, Ricahrd has two grown-up daughters and loves playing golf, watching football, fine dining, wine, cinema and theatre.
