About Tom
Tom graduated from the University of Kent in 2015 with a degree in History. He began working in the Outdoor Education sector, before returning to do an MA in Crusader Studies at the Royal Holloway University of London.
After leaving his role as a Success Coach at Fareham College, Tom recently joined Venture Recruitment Partners in June 2021 as a Resourcing Manager. He was soon promoted to a Recruitment Consultant.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys keeping active and playing rugby most weekends.
