About Tom

​Tom completed a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Kent and later studied a master’s degree in History at Royal Holloway. He joined Venture Recruitment Partners in June 2021 as a Resource Manager and was promoted to Recruitment Consultant after just 8 months due to his hard work.

In September 2022, Tom joined a STEM agency as a Recruitment Consultant where he specialised in contract and interim recruitment across Europe, further developing his ability to build meaningful connections with professionals from a variety of backgrounds.

Since then, Tom has rejoined the Venture team as Recruitment Manager and as of August 2023, focuses on temporary, contract and interim finance and accountancy recruitment.

Outside of work, Tom plays rugby and enjoys hanging out with his friends and reading!
