About Tom

​Tom completed a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Kent and later studied a master’s degree in History at Royal Holloway. He joined Venture Recruitment Partners in June 2021 as a Resource Manager and was promoted to Recruitment Consultant after just 8 months due to his hard work.

In September 2022, Tom joined a STEM agency as a Recruitment Consultant where he specialised in contract and interim recruitment across Europe, further developing his ability to build meaningful connections with professionals from a variety of backgrounds.

Since then, Tom has rejoined the Venture team as Senior Recruitment Consultant and as of August 2023, focuses on the interim and contract division at the Part-Qualified and Qualified levels.

Outside of work, Tom plays rugby and enjoys hanging out with his friends and reading!
