Our Women in Business event is back for its 10th instalment, and we wanted to mark the occasion in style.
This time, we're heading to the incredible Paultons Park, and we're doing something a little different with the format, too.
A panel discussion for a milestone event
If you've been to one of our Women in Business evenings before, you'll know we usually invite a speaker to share their story and expertise. For this special 10th event, we're mixing things up. Karen Rich will be hosting a panel interview with four brilliant female leaders from across the South Coast.
The topic? Overcoming Challenges: Female Leaders and Building Future-Fit Teams.
Our panel will share their honest experiences of leading teams, championing talent, and building workplaces where people can thrive. Karen will ask about talent attraction and retention, personal and business growth, mentoring, and succession planning, so expect a rich conversation with lots of takeaways.
