Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are looking to speak with experienced Accounts Payable Clerks or Analysts who would benefit from an exciting challenge with one of the South West's most recognisable listed organisations.

Due to an internal restructure, an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to take ownership of the UK analytics and projects for one of the business' busiest Finance departments on a 9-month fixed term contract.


Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Analyst:

  • Ensure supplier payments are made on a timely and accurate basis
  • Invoice matching & automation
  • Expense payments
  • Support with mitigating actions such as recovery of overpayments
  • Assist with the AP elements of the month-end process
  • Provide cover for payments


This role suits someone used to a fast paced environment and is looking to take on added responsibilities from their day to day AP role. 

It operates on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week in the office and 3 at home. The office is based near Swindon.

The salary is up to £33k p/a
