£11 - £14 per hour
Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting a growing group in their recruitment for a Purchase Ledger clerk on a temporary basis located at their offices in Fareham.
Your responsibilities in this role:
- Management of intercompany transactions
- Processing of invoices and resolving invoice queries
- Onboarding of new or existing suppliers
- Responsible for supplier statement reconciliations and supplier payments
- Monitoring of the accounts payable inbox
- Assist the wider finance team with ad-hoc project work
This will be a hands-on position where you will be responsible for large data sets and the migration of this data to the parent company’s system. You will ideally have first class communication skills as you will be partnering with internal and external teams.
My clients offices are in Fareham and this role will be office based for the majority of the contract.
