Commercial Finance Analyst

Summary:
Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a well-established organisation just outside of Guildford, Surrey.

Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their existing friendly team on a permanent basis.

You will have ownership of creating and delivering management information to relative individuals to enable insightful, commercial decision making.

Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong valuable relationships with stakeholders to be able to take responsibility for reporting, analysis and financial insight for their business area.
• Take ownership for gathering useful market information in order to be able to translate this into useful information for the sales teams.
• Take responsibly for translating and gathering relative information to be able to drive strategy.
• Identify and support process improvements
• Track and report on sales as well as owning the sales forecast and gross margin forecast.
• Constantly be looking to drive efficiency within the organisation.
• Consolidate the weekly Management information pack.

Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal person will be driven and ambitious, with excellent communication skills.  You will need to articulate information to finance and non-finance individuals in order to help them make beneficial and productive decisions for their business area.

A highly goal focused person would do well in this role.  Power BI Experience or a willingness to learn this system will be beneficial.
