Credit Controller

Job Description

Are you a Credit Controller looking for your next temporary opportunity? Then this 3 month FTC for our client in Wells could be for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and chasing all Care debt in line with process.
  • Analysing old debt and chasing as appropriate.
  • Allocating payments accurately to invoices.
  • Recognising the customer base and the approach to different customers corporate or care customers.
  • Agreeing payment plans and ensuring that these are adhered to.
  • Produce an aged creditor report monthly to send to all stakeholders
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience of working in a transaction processing office environment.
  • Reasonable level of IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent team player with a can do attitude 
  • Clear understanding of customer service
