Position: Finance Administrator (Permanent)

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an SME based near Whiteley in their search for a Finance Administrator.
Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, this role is ideal for someone looking to make the move into a busy finance position in a company that offers fantastic growth and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales ledger invoicing and credit notes including daily invoice runs
- Upload invoices to customer portals
- Work through monthly VAT errors
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts on sales ledger
- Detailed preparation, administration and filing of sales ledger invoices and work tickets
- Liaising with company internal depots to ensure all their invoicing is completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Help with credit note process, checking and ensuring they are raised correctly
- Assisting in month end management reporting procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Good general computer literacy
- Friendly telephone manner and customer service attitude
- Previous administrative work experience required, work in finance department desirable
- The ability to be in the office 5 days a week
