Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an International Services business based in Central Southampton in their search for a Commercial Finance Analyst. My client will be working to a hybrid working basis with the expectation to be in the office twice a week.
As Commercial Finance Analyst you will have the following responsibilities:
- Analyse profitability to suggest strategies for improving business performance
- Review key initiatives to ensure the funds invested are achieving optimal results
- Perform analysis and prepare financial models to support strategic planning and deployment activities
- Create financial assessments of new investment opportunities and assist management in investment decisions
- Work closely with the commercial managers and other team members in providing data-backed recommendations to support effective decision making
- Coordinate with the wider finance team to streamline and channel efforts to improve financial performance of the organisation
About you:
- ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified with experience of management reporting, planning and analysis
- Experience of business partnering with different stakeholders internally and externally
- Strong communication skills and first class stakeholder management skills and have the ability to challenge the status quo within the organisation
