Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an innovative and expanding Financial Services business based in Fareham in their search for a Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
- Review daily cash flow monitoring of bank accounts
- Ensure accounts are compliant with key documentation and any issues are identified, logged, reported and resolved in a timely manner
- Review drawdowns and distributions and ensure the expected procedures have been followed
- Co-ordinate with other administrators and managers to ensure that the key duties can be undertaken and all necessary information is received in a timely manner
- Review periodic client and board reports
- Present reports to board at periodic board meetings
- Deal with any client queries and/or concerns
Key Skills/Experience of the Finance Manager:
- A qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong background in technical accounting
- This would ideally suit a first or second mover from Practice
- Audit background would be desirable
- Previous staff management experience
- Evidence of managing major client relationships
