Finance Manager

Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an innovative and expanding Financial Services business based in Fareham in their search for a Finance Manager. 

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:


  • Review daily cash flow monitoring of  bank accounts
  • Ensure accounts are compliant with key documentation and any issues are identified, logged, reported and resolved in a timely manner
  • Review drawdowns and distributions and ensure the expected procedures have been followed
  • Co-ordinate with other administrators and managers to ensure that the key duties can be undertaken and all necessary information is received in a timely manner
  • Review periodic client and board reports
  • Present reports to board at periodic board meetings
  • Deal with any client queries and/or concerns

Key Skills/Experience of the Finance Manager: 

  • A qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong background in technical accounting
  • This would ideally suit a first or second mover from Practice 
  • Audit background would be desirable 
  • Previous staff management experience 
  • Evidence of managing major client relationships
