Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an established SME based in Southampton in their search for a Finance Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L balance sheets
· Processing the monthly payroll and VAT returns and preparing annual budgets
· Management, development and coaching of a team of two in finance.
· You will work closely with the Senior Management team and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified or a Finalist
· Advanced Excel user
· Hands on experience in an SME
· Previous team management or supervisory experience
· Experience of producing accounts within a commercial business
