We have an opportunity with a high growth international services business, based in Portsmouth, who are seeking a Financial Accountant to join their Group Accounting function.
Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant include:
- Ensure monthly close activities are performed accurately and submitted to group on time
- Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliation and that the output stands up to scrutiny for audit
- Perform quarterly VAT return, intrastat accounting and statutory reporting
- Lead the year end process for the preparation of the annual statutory accounts ensuring any external audit queries are resolved promptly
- Annual Audit preparation
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Experience of working in an international business
- Audit Experience
Salary - £37,500-45,000 per annum
