Financial Accountant – The Role
- Leading and project management the delivery of the financial sections and associated documentation for the Annual Performance Report
- Building expert knowledge of the business units and their financial performance
- Developing best practice process and procedures around our external regulatory reporting
- Advising stakeholders of financial reporting requirements set by the regulator
- Supporting ad hoc projects such as liquidation of entities, controls enhancement and preparation of new accounting requirements
- Key contact for regulator and audit queries
Financial Accountant – The Person
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- A growth mindset
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Experience using either SAP, Anaplan or HFM would be helpful, but not essential
Financial Accountant – The Package
- Salary £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
- 26 days annual leave, increasing with service
- Hybrid working – 2 days on site
