Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a globally operating financial services business based in Whiteley in their recruitment for a Graduate who is keen to make their first move into finance. 

Responsibilities of the Graduate Finance position:

  • Bookkeep of a portfolio of companies and funds, management companies and associated fund structures within the team
  • Assist with all aspects of accounting matters
  • Assist with the completion of audit queries
  • Prepare periodic bank reconciliations and provide supporting documentation evidencing transactions
  • Maintain accurate records on the company systems working paper schedules for all aspects of bookkeeping

The ideal person for the Graduate Finance position will have:

  • Bachelors' degree in Finance, Maths or other relevant subject or an AAT studier
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Good time management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
