Position- Junior Payroll Officer
Venture Recruitment Partners are recruiting a Junior Payroll Officer for a market-leading SME in the Portsmouth area. Specialisng in transport and logistics, this fast-paced environment offers the Junior Payroll Officer excellent development opportunities and exposes them to a payroll of over 500 staff with varying pay and requirements.
The responsibilities of the Junior Payroll Officer are:
- To manage payments for monthly paid employees, accurately calculating payments due from time sheets, spreadsheets and relating information
- Reconciliation of payments and deductions, balances for the month and year to date. Producing the tax year end for all payrolls
- Issuing of P60's and compliance with HMRC regulations
The Junior Payroll Officer will have:
- Strong experience in a payroll job
- Experience with SAGE
- Experience with large payrolls
Salary- £26,000 - £30,000
