Management Accountant

Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a well established professional services business in Portsmouth looking for a Management Accountant to join a growing business and thriving finance team. 

We are looking for a qualified Accountant or finalist (or close to finalist level) for this role which offers hybrid working and study support if required. 

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide business decisions
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring alignment with targets
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes
  • Develop and maintain robust financial controls and processes
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost efficiency and profitability
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial trends
  • Assist in preparing management reports and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
