We are seeking a motivated and experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic team in Whiteley. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Preparing monthly management accounts using Xero accounting software
- Managing cash flow and forecasting
- Developing budgets and financial models
- Completing and submitting VAT returns
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Providing financial guidance and support to the wider business
- Managing a direct report based in India
Personal Profile:
- AAT qualified (or working towards CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years experience in management accounting
- Have a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information in an SME environment.
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (experience with Xero a plus)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
