Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a globally operating financial services business based in Whiteley to recruit a Part-Qualified Accountant. They are searching for ACCA/ACA part-qualified Graduates with 1-2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quarterly management accounts
- Preparation of the quarterly reporting and annual reporting cycles
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Liaison with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process if required
- Liaise with external contacts to obtain and provide the required information
- Attend client meetings in respect of accounting matters as required
The ideal person for the position will have:
- Bachelors' degree in Accounting - Exemptions equaling 5-7 OR have sat exams to equal 6 exams completed
- Excellent written skills
- An ability to communicate efficiently
- Good time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent eye for detail and proven creative problem-solving skills.
- A high-energy, resilient all-round personality with a need to understand how things work and be confident in challenging the status quo.
