Position: Payroll Administrator

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000

Location: Whiteley 
Venture are working with a rapidly expanding business that specialises in the private health sector to recruit a Payroll Administrator. This role has become vacant due to internal promotions and offers the Payroll Administrator fantastic progression opportunities.

Offering very flexible hours and hybrid working, a maximum of 2 days a week in the office, along with excellent training and support. This role is perfect for people looking to take the next step in their career.
Payroll Administrator responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement timetables and processes that deliver effective payroll services                                                                                                                                    
  • Provide organisational wide payroll administration and coordinate the production of payroll reports and management information                                                                  
  • To accurately complete BACS payments                                                                         
  • Supporting and helping to manage the auto-enrolment pension process and ongoing compliance, including legislative changes                                                                         
  • Audit of pay arrears and payments made after employees leaving and complete relevant paperwork to ensure members Pension records are adjusted accordingly              
  • Support key pensions projects including a pension and benefits systems review           
  • Ensuring the annual Pension reconciliations are completed according to the deadlines advised by the Pension Agencies and submitted with authorisation from the relevant Director
