Purchase Ledger Supervisor - £32,000 | Basingstoke | Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced purchase ledger professional looking to take on a supervisory role? I’m currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join a forward-thinking company based in Basingstoke.

The Role:
As the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the purchase ledger team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. With a mix of hands-on and leadership responsibilities, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring the purchase ledger team.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Managing supplier relationships and resolving queries.
  • Reviewing and improving processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Preparing reports for management and ensuring compliance with company policies.

About You:

  • Strong experience in purchase ledger, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Good process improvement experience.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Location:
Based in Basingstoke with hybrid working options (2-3 days in the office per week).
