Reward Accountant

Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are supporting an expanding financial services organisation, based in Fareham, in their search for a Reward Accountant. There will be an expectation to be in the office c. 2 days a week longer term.

Reporting to a Director, responsibilities will include:

  • You will work with different stakeholders within the business to develop and maintain relationships regarding solving issues and queries.
  • You will be responsible for the co-ordination of the award cycle, whilst working closely with departments to create annual statements, process disposal and pay of awards.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments and managers, you will publish and communicate information to ensure the plans of action amongst participants is enacted efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records including new allocations and processing leavers. 
  • Working with the wider finance team, you will work on adhoc projects to gain further exposure within the business.

The suitable candidate will have:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • An analytical and numerical mind, with strong data management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop good working relationships.
