The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and continuous process improvement. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be encouraged to challenge, improve, and add real value across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Provide meaningful financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified CIMA
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)
- Solid background in financial reporting and management accounting
- A proactive, driven individual who is keen to develop and progress
- Strong attention to detail with a commercial and analytical mindset
