Transformation Analyst

Summary:
Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a very well-established, well-known organisation in Reading.

Our client is looking to recruit a Transformation Analyst to join a brand-new created team on a permanent basis.  This role will allow you to work remotely most of the time.

Your role will involve you working within the customer transformation portfolio, leading a range of key portfolio activities to provide management information, analysis, and commentary to enable the department to make informed business decisions.  

Responsibilities:
As a Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Support in designing and developing reports which will be used at all levels in the organisation.
  • Data analysis
  • Collating information from different sources to compile business cases to drive the business forward
  • Conduct research to put forward recommendations.

Skills and Experience: 
The client would ideally like an individual that has experience of working in a change and transformation environment.  If you had experience of working in a financial, reporting, data, or business analyst role previously this would be beneficial.

You will need strong analytical skills and be comfortable with working with high volumes of data, from various sources.  This role will require you to have strong excel skills.

This is a varied role which will allow you to take responsibility and ownership in creating and improving process.  You will be someone that can work solely but also as part of a wider team.
