Andrea Nash:
Andrea is an International Coach who works with Leadership teams, businesses, solopreneurs, and individuals. Andrea first ventured into the world of career coaching at her own boutique Headhunting company. This naturally flowed into C-suite executive coaching, business, and exit strategy days, facilitating board conflict, and 1:1 life coaching.
16 years on, she is coaching and training in 6 countries and works in collaboration with leading experts in the well-being and training industry. She is passionate about business and strongly believes that it’s people who make the difference and it’s the people at the heart of every business. Look after your people and your business will grow exponentially.
Andrea creates and facilitates bespoke workshops/seminars and 1:1 sessions utilising motivational profiles, which identify where the individual and team motivations are currently, what the stress/trigger points are, and what actions can be taken to improve the team dynamics and results.
Andrea walks the walk and is passionate about her work, she aspires to help others and cares for people deeply. Happiness and well-being are important to her, so much so that she co-created the happiness survey during the global pandemic to find out if people had coping strategies during challenging times.
Her vast experience and compassion enable her to connect with clients on a deeper level, providing them with a safe space to explore who they are and the path to achieving their goals. She champions women in business during challenging times in their lives such as during menopause. Having been diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer back in 2013 where she had to undergo a full hysterectomy which forced her body into early menopause and unable to take any form of HRT, Andrea embraces a holistic approach and supports women on their menopause journey.
She is a board member of the International Federation Of NLP the first truly global board in the field of NLP. And she is an Entrepreneur Mentor.
