Venture Recruitment Partners are working exclusively with a global retail brand in their search for an Accounts Assistant Administrator to join the team in a stand-alone role.

The successful individual will be able to take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and be a team player, supporting the Accounts Payable team on an ad hoc basis.
Key Repsonsiblies:
- Raising and Posting sales invoices into the financial system within the required timescales
- Customer account reconciliations
- Preparation of weekly cash flow for partners' income, reporting to senior Finance managers
- Customer onboarding for the Finance department
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations for both the UK, US & CAD entities’
- Key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external to the organisation
- Lead contact on any audit queries
- Adhoc Accounts Payable processes
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience of accounts receivables and payables essential
- IT literate with strong knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive, independent and able to take initiative
