Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a well established local business looking for an progressive finance professional for an Assistant Accountant role with hybrid working in central Bournemouth. Offering Study Support and a clear development pathway this is a great opportunity for someone with specific sales ledger reconciliaton and good excel skills to step into a role with a strong development pathway and study support.
The role would be best suited to someone with Accounts Assistant experience who has previously worked in a multi-channel/multi-revenue stream environment and has specific experience working with sales ledger reconciliation.
Working closely with the Financial Controller and Financial Accountant this role will start off with a fairly simplistic ledger and reconciliation focus and will grow and develop in complexity over time as the individual learns within the role.
The role will require 3 days per week from a central Bournemouth office with 2 days working from home paying a salary of up to £32,000. Study support will be provided to people looking to progress through AAT or further studies. Existing AAT level 2/3 would be advantageous.
