Bank & Operational Team Leader

Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a deep rooted, extremely established organisation in Andover.    

Our client is looking to recruit an Operational team leader on a 12-month basis.

This Operational Team Leader will be responsible for 6 finance assistants and will have responsibility for leading, developing and coaching them to help them achieve goals and targets.  In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring your team provide exceptional customer service.

The Operational Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Managing your team, ensuring they perform to acceptable standards and achieve goals and targets
  • Maintain a good working environment and culture within the team
  • Responsibility for ensuring customer service is not compromised and queries are dealt with in an efficient and fair manor
  • Identify and drive process improvement.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.

Skills Required:
The ideal person will be driven and ambitious, with excellent communication skills.  You will need to be a good problem solver as the role requires attention to detail.   You will also need to be able to prioritise and manage a varied workload.  

A goal focused person with excellent customer service skills would do well in this role.

The organisation, who is a very well established service provider, requires the individual to be in the office 2 days per month and you can work from home for the remainder.
