Role - Credit Controller
Pay - £30,000- 35,000 P/A
Duration - 6 months FTC
Location - Southampton
Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an leading Law firm based in Southampton. They are looking for a Credit Controller on a 6 month FTC basis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Agreeing and setting monthly billing targets with individual matter partners and matter executives, and your division / departments.
• Provide regular progress reporting against billing targets.
• Monitor billing progress and chase unapproved bills based on pro forma bill status.
• Manage credit note requests and log reason codes.
• Assist with the preparation of summaries of client matter transactions and accounts.
• Regular reviews of WIP with partners and fee earners to ensure maximum billings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Credit or Revenue Control experience
- Strong IT experience, e.g. Excel
- Experience of using external credit agency information system
