Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a globally operating Manufacturing business, based in Andover, in their search for a Finance Analyst on a 12-month FTC.
Salary £40-50,000 + benefits

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst include:
- Ownership of the input of rates into SAP (materials, packaging), standard costs and transfer prices during budgeting process.
- Run and continuously improve budgeting and financial forecasting processes, specifically indicative costs and allocation of central and manufacturing costs to products.
- Ownership of monthly performance reporting to Group
- Manage processes for product costings and Suppliers SAP master data changes.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial and business performance reporting and analysis in a timely manner in line with the FP&A requirements.
- Business Partner directly with the business stakeholders
Key Skills and Experience of the Finance Analyst include:
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing businesses essential
- Strong SAP experience
- Experience in financial planning and analysis area
- Working knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, controlling and finance operations
