About David

David joined The Chilworth Partnership in 2012 as a Resourcer after graduating from Reading University. He experienced early success developing and harnessing new relationships with Finance and Accountancy professionals, and quickly joined the then newly-founded sister company Venture Recruitment Partners as Interim Consultant.

Since joining Venture, David has worked hard to forge long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. The knowledge he's has built over the last 11 years means he is able to respond quickly to client needs and match exceptional candidates to their ideal contract opportunity. He now heads up interim and contract recruitment as Director.

Outside of work, David is a family man who enjoys jogging and spending quality time with his daughter at Manor Farm.
