A hugely exciting, international business based in Andover is looking for a confident, proactive and results-driven Finance Business Partner.
As part of the supply and production business unit, you will partner with key stakeholders to help drive business performance and manage costs.
This is a highly visible role, working directly with the divisional FD, for a progressive individual to join during an exciting period of commercial growth.
Finance Business Partner – The Role
- Business partnering with key stakeholders to provide accurate finance support and help achieve target results
- Supporting continuous improvement and monitoring related projects
- Supporting business decisions through analysis of costs including variances, actual vs budget and actual vs previous year comparison
- Defining and managing all budget and forecast activities
- Capital project evaluation with related financial KPI
Finance Business Partner – The Person
- ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Prior business partnering experience – ideally from a goods, services or manufacturing based business
- Excellent Excel skills, including Pivot Table, Lookups and data interrogation
- SAP experience is beneficial, but not essential
- Experience working within large organisations

- Remuneration - £55k plus 10% bonus
