Venture Recruitment Partners have teamed up with a charity to help find an interim Finance Director for 3 - 6 months.
This role will report to the trustees and you will be responsible for helping them complete their year end.
You will also be responsible for mentoring two other members of staff.
Responsibilities-
- Complete year end and audit
- Mentor junior staff members
- Report to trustees
- Implement process changes/improvements
Experience-
- Experience with SORP is a must
- Experience working in a charity is a must
- Strong technical accounting skills
This role is based in Southampton, but will be mainly remote after the first month.
It pays £60,000 - £65,000 FTE
