Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an FMCG business with offices located in Basingstoke in their recruitment for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:
- Develop and maintain a first-class management accounting, reporting, and business partnering service in line with business objectives.
- Supporting the Financial Controller and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
- Provide ad hoc support to a range of business stakeholders, both finance and non-finance.
About you:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA or ACA) or Finalist
- Management Accounting / Business Partnering experience
- Hands on experience in using key financial systems
- The ability to liaise at all levels of the business with ease, maintaining and building working relationships with key stakeholders is critical in this position.
