Venture Recruitment Partners are working with market leading Financial Services company in their search for a Finance Manager to join their team in central Southampton. Our client is rapidly expanding in to the European market and specialises in E-commerce. This role will report directly to the Head of Accounts and give the candidate the opportunity to develop and progress in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team consisting of a management accountant and bookkeepers
- Accounts preparation and submission to Gov.uk for Limited Companies, Sole traders, and Partnerships
- Responsible for ensuring clients’ deadlines both internally and externally are met across the team
- Process change and implementation
- Developing client relationships
Essential Skills
- ACCA or ACA Qualified/newly qualified/Finalist
- Ability to travel to Central Southampton 5 days a week
- At least three years of accountancy experience with clear career progression in terms of accounting and increased levels of responsibility
- Ability to manage own portfolio and workload efficiently and effectively
