Senior Management Accountant
Up to £60k
9 - 12 Month FTC
Chichester - Minimum 2 days a month in the office
Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a global brand in the recruitment of a Senior Management Accountant on a 9 - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract as a maternity cover.
You will be responsible for maintaining the local finance team and helping push through upcoming projects.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Preparation of Management Accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for 3 trading entities to tight deadlines
- Preparation and submission of Group VAT Return
- Preparing interim and year end audit deliverables
- Monthly balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
- Sales reconciliations, payment allocations and investigation
- Stock postings and management
- Working cross-functionally with the Technology team and Finance Systems Manager to initiate and see through transformation projects to improve and automate controls and month end processes
Key Skills:
- Must have Dynamics AX/D365 or Navision experience
- Qualified Accountant or QBE
- Experience in medium to large companies
- VAT returns
- Experience of the month end process
