As Finance Manager, you will be responsible the business’ working capital, cash management and leading a team of three. This is a great opportunity for a Finance Manager keen to bring innovation to a role.
Finance Manager – The Role
- Managing working capital planning and forecasting
- Preparing monthly and year-end accounts for the group
- Producing an 18-month cashflow forecast and variance analysis
- Developing and implementing cash flow management policy
- Managing the aged debt profiles
- Managing a team of three direct reports
- Overseeing the management Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable KPIs
- Managing payroll accounting and HMRC payments
- Acting as a key audit contact
Finance Manager – Requirements
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Experience working with large and complex organisations
- Up to date knowledge of accounting standards and VAT
- Experience of capital accounting
- Prior staff management experience
- Proactive and solutions oriented with experience of strategic thinking and innovation
Finance Manager – The Package
- Salary - £58,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office
