We are looking to speak with experienced Accounts Receivable professionals or SME Finance Managers with high volume transactional experience who would benefit from working with an established services company on the outskirts of Southampton. This is a temporary or temp - perm opportunity.
You would work within an energetic and progressive business. You'll be responsible for overseeing an autonomous team of 4 with the freedom to manage your day.
You will assist in training and developing the Ledger and payroll teams as well as helping to implement and improve existing processes. You will be comfortable with having difficult conversations and working at a fast pace whilst organising your own workload.
