We are delighted to support a high-growth software business in their recruitment of a Financial Controller.
Managing a team of 3, the role will primarily be UK focused, acting as a business partner to the Management Team and working closely with the wider group.
The Financial Controller will report to the FD and be tasked with:
- Timely and accurate Financial Reporting aligned with Infinigate standards and timelines.
- Effective budgeting, cost management and risk management.
- Uphold compliance, contribute to finance strategy and provide insights for decision-making.
- Communicate with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and align goals with over business objectives.
- Cash flow control and conversion within defined targets.
About you:
We are seeking a Qualified Accountant who has ideally trained and qualified in professional practice and subsequently gained experience as a finance leader in commerce.
Experience gained in an international and multi-cultural environment is preferable as is experience working in an agile, high growth business and of setting up and developing business systems and processes.
Candidates should be driven and adaptable, seeking to make an impact in a growing company and a strategic thinker, with strong analytical skills to develop business models and constantly challenge and improve structures and processes.
