Venture Recruitment Partners are supporting a PE-backed business, based in Bournemouth, with their recruitment for an FP&A Manager, due to increased market share within their sector.

The business are renowned locally for their collaborative Finance department, as well as offering a flexible working pattern, 15-20% annual bonuses and regular career progression opportunities. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the business
  • Providing decision support and business partnering with certain head office functional departments
  • Tracking and forecasting strategic initiative projects
  • Providing performance management reporting monthly as required to inform the strategic decision-making requirements of senior management
  • Preparing the forecast/budget consolidation ensuring all overlays are considered, and treated in accordance with the appropriate group accounting treatment
