The Opportunity
As a Management Accountant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting while helping to strengthen financial controls and drive best practice across the business. You’ll collaborate with international teams, gain exposure to a wide range of entities, and actively contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Record to Report function.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering accurate and timely month-end reporting across multiple international legal entities
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting the end-to-end process
- Assisting with the preparation of audited financial statements
- Maintaining robust accounting records in line with company standards
- Partnering with stakeholders across finance and the wider business to support reporting and variance analysis
- Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and best practice within the Record to Report function
- Supporting the Senior Accountant and contributing to team performance and success
About You
- Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) nearing completion
- Around 3+ years’ experience in a finance role, with exposure to month-end close and financial analysis
- Experience within a shared service environment (desirable)
- A natural problem solver with a passion for improving processes and driving efficiency
- Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships across all levels
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
