Position- Payroll Manager

Venture Recruitment Partners are recruiting a newly created Payroll Manager position for a market-leading SME in the Southampton area. Specialisng in the energy sector, this fast-paced, newly acquired division of the company offers the Payroll Manager excellent development opportunities.
The responsibilities of the Payroll Manager are:
- To manage payments for monthly paid employees, accurately calculating payments due from time sheets, spreadsheets and relating information
- Reconciliation of payments and deductions, balances for the month and year to date. Producing the tax year end for all payrolls
- Issuing of P60's and compliance with HMRC regulations

Production of payroll costing journals. All Payroll reconciliations for Management Accounts and audit purposes. Production of management reports
- Handle expenses, P11D’s and PSA calculations
The Payroll Manager will have:
- Strong experience in a payroll job
- Experience with large payrolls
