Senior Payments Administrator

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a global business based in Whiteley.
Our client is a fun, top ranking organisation with a global footprint. They are looking to recruit a Senior Payments Administrator on a Permanent basis.

The key responsibility of the payments administrator will be to deliver a high level of payment support to the team, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with the companies’ policies and procedures.

The client would describe themselves as being fast paced. Therefore, this role requires a well organised individual with excellent numerical skills, and an ability to be able to think and act commercially.

You will be responsible for:

  • Daily input of timesheet activities
  • Prepare payment instructions
  • Manage payments
  • Manage payments inbox
  • Motivate and help the team
  • Ad hoc queries as required from time to time

This is a brilliant opportunity to gain good experience with an international organisation

You will need good system skills, preferably to include advanced Excel.

You’ll need first class communication and great attention to detail, as you’ll provide support to the wider team.
